Jenny Cline, principal piccolo, graduated from Northwestern University in flute performance.  She studied with Walfrid Kujala who was principal piccolo player with the Chicago Symphony for 47 years.  Jenny also fills in on the flute in the Summit Symphony when needed.

She grew up as a daughter of an Air Force pilot and lived all over the United States and England before settling in Westfield where she and her husband are raising three boys.  Jenny still finds time to read and do quilting.

Jenny teaches privately and at the New Jersey Workshop for the Arts.  She has played with the Plainfield Sumphony, the Monmouth Symphony, the Little Opera Company, and the Garden State Philharmonic.  Jenny is also a member of a professional flute ensemble called "Flutatious!".
