Concerts and rehearsals are usually held at either the Summit High School or the Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School. Both schools are easily accessed from Morris Avenue in Summit.
From the east, one can exit route 24 at the Broad Street exit, continue to the right over route 24 onto Broad Street, turn left at the third traffic light (Ashwood Avenue) and then immediately right onto Morris Avenue going west.
From the west, one can exit route 24 at exit 7 onto River Road and turn left at the second traffic light onto Morris Avenue going east.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MAJOR DETOUR ON MORRIS AVENUE AT THE BRIDGE OVER THE RAILROAD. This will affect drivers coming from the east to the high school, and those coming from the west to the middle school. Please allow extra time, and follow the detour signs. Click here for more information.
The Summit High School is located at 125 Kent Place Boulevard which is just west of Springfield Avenue and the railroad overpass on Morris Avenue. Travel west on Kent Place Boulevard about half a mile from Morris Avenue and the high school will be on your right. Turn into the driveway just past the school for parking and entrance in the rear.
The Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School is located at 272 Morris Avenue on the south side between Summit Avenue and Maple Street. Turn south from Morris Avenue onto Summit Avenue and then right into the parking lot.
